This role will be parked under BONIA Licensed Brand (Valentino Rudy, Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club, Mossimo).
- **Product Management**: Assist in listing new products on the e-commerce platforms/website, ensuring accurate and attractive product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- **Content Management**: Help maintain and update e-commerce contents, including product pages, banners, and optimize marketplaces and websites.
- **Customer Support**: Provide assistance in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, returns, and product information.
- **Order Processing**: Assist with the processing of online orders, including order verification, fulfillment coordination, and shipment tracking
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in tracking inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and coordinating with merchandisers.
- **Support other related ad-**hoc duties as required.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
