Lecturer Aviation

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lecturing and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Develop, update, and maintain course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials to meet academic standards.
- **Student Engagement and Assessment**:

- Assess and evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, and practical assignments.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students to enhance their academic and professional growth.
- **Program Development and Quality Assurance**:

- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance aviation programs and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, such as program reviews and accreditation processes.
- **Industry Collaboration**:

- Establish connections with industry professionals to integrate practical insights into the curriculum.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, and field trips to expose students to real-world aviation scenarios.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Attend academic meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
- Contribute to research, publications, or other scholarly activities relevant to aviation.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in aviation, particularly in ticketing and reservations, with at least 2 years in the industry.
- Prior teaching experience in higher education or training roles is an advantage.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of aviation operations, systems, and regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using aviation-related software and tools.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
