**Position Title: Customer Service - Japanese Speaker**

**Working Location: Petaling Jaya**

**Tenure: 1 year contract / Renewable basis**

**Salary: Up to 10K ( Depending on Experience)**

**Working Hour: Rotational Shift Basis**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Digital Social Media platform
- Checking sensitive content on social media based on guideline
- Accountable for the success and quality of the process
- Reviewing content (videos, image, text, live-streaming and audio) in accordance with Client's processes and policies.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding LIVE actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations.
- Approves management reporting and tool requirements.
- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Fresh grad is welcomed to apply.
- Experience with social networking (or similar programs)
- Ready to work in 24/7 environment.
- Can start work immediately

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
