Halal Internship

**HALAL DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIP - URGENT INTAKE (AUGUST 2025)**
**Location**: Impiana Hotel Ipoh
**Department**: Halal Compliance / Halal Management
**Internship Period**: Starting August 2025
**Allowance**: RM300
**Working Days**: 5 days/week, Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Intern to join our Halal Department**. This internship provides hands-on experience in Halal compliance and assurance in the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily administrative tasks related to Halal documentation
- Support in maintaining Halal certification records and renewals
- Participate in internal audits and monitoring activities
- Assist in Halal-related training and awareness programs
- Conduct basic research related to Halal laws, standards, and practices (e.g., JAKIM requirements)
- Liaise with other departments to ensure Halal compliance is followed
- Support the Halal Executive in inspection of kitchen areas, storage, and receiving processes
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with Halal standards in food handling and preparation
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Halal Management, Food Technology, Islamic Studies, or related field
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of Halal standards and practices (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Able to start internship in **August 2025**:

- Able to commit to at least [e.g., 4-6 months] of internship

Pay: RM300.00 per month
