1) Job Summary:
Warehouse executive will be responsible for daily warehouse operational activities to ensure inbounds/outbounds activities are running smoothly and compliance to FIFO.

2) Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for inventory management include inventory movement, stock counting, stock control and other inventory matter.
- Prepare weekly/monthly management report (Eg. Stock disposable, inventory movement report includes products slow moving, goods return, proof of delivery and etc).
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities included quality control, verifying goods return and etc compliance to FIFO System.
- Monitor inbounds goods by verifying the quantity and inventory and ensure all products are with proper labelling.
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse compounds and ensure warehouse equipment are well maintained.
- To ensure all documentations are file accordingly and maintain proper records.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality.
- To carry out other ad-hoc duties and functions assigned by Manager from time to time.

3) Qualification and Education Requirements:

- MUST have hands on experience in supply chain operation and execution and prefer experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.

4) Preferred Skills:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office especially excel.
- Detailed oriented, resilient, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transport.
- Applicant must willing to work at Shah Alam, Seksyen 22.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
