Operation & Service Coordinator

We are laboratory equipment company and looking for professional sales person who able to communicate well with high level client such as Professor, Doctor, Manager and etc. Attractive commission and sales target incentive will be given.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide key support in service coordination, customer support services, sales and marketing and group services
- Generate and follow up on standard client quotes, purchaser orders and service contract
- Assist to correspond to customers’ enquiries
- Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
- To handle complaints with calmness, provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits and do follow up to ensure resolution.
- General administrative duties
- To undertakes other important duties and entrusted responsibilities that may arise due to contingencies of work when required by the company
**Requirements**:
- Good command of language (both spoken & written) in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin will be added advantage
- Working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably executive with experience in Sales Administrative/Support or equivalent
- The ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Computer literate and performing multi-tasking.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Internship
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
