Working Location: Klang IMS Building / Bayu Perdana/Bukit Tinggi
- Oversee and coordinate all customer service functions for sea import/export freight forwarding operations.
- Communicate with customers to understand shipping needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Ensure accurate and efficient preparation of all required shipping and customs documentation.
- Work closely with internal departments, shipping lines (FCL), co-loaders (LCL), and hauliers to ensure smooth cargo movement and service delivery.
- Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates and proactive communication to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage documentation flow, including invoicing, Delivery Orders (DO), Proof of Delivery (POD), and collection coordination.
- Maintain organized records of shipments, documentation, and service transactions.
- Identify areas for service improvement and recommend process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
