**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through online platforms, telemarketing, and social media.
- Call potential customers to promote products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcase features, and address inquiries.
- Negotiate terms, including pricing and payment plans, to close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities and provide insights.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with social media and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are a bonus).
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are preferred.
