Essential Function: Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT Equipment. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT equipment. 2. Develops, review and improves work instructions and product documentation. 3. Summarizes and generates reports of defect tracking (SPC) and scrap reports to ensure the highest level of productivity. 4. Coordinates with Engineers to resolve product quality issues. 5. Lead a team of operators to achieve SMT Line output & Yield target. 6. Perform SMT Line conversion and carry out re-flow oven profiling. 7. Troubleshoot quality issues and participate in Preventive Maintenance activities. 8. Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S. 9. Control & maintain tools, jigs & fixtures. 10. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. Cert / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2. Working experience in SMT will be an added advantage. 3. Basic salary differs based on qualification & working experience. 4. Must possess own transportation. 5. Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift. 6. Willing to support ad-hoc issues during odd hours & weekends. 7. Vacancies available at Bayan Lepas plants.
