Mandarin Tutor

**Responsibilities**
- **Teaching**: Guide students in learning Mandarin through speaking, listening and reading activities.
- **Host Short Learning Sessions -**Teach basic Mandarin concepts in interactive and fun sessions.
- **Culture**: Introduce Chinese customs alongside lessons via ZOOM
- **Support**: Provide extra help to students who need it.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other teachers and staff to ensure effective learning
- **Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Team -**Work together to improve student conversion and refine learning sessions.
- **Shifts**: Work on a rotating schedule (morning, afternoon) and during weekends.
- **Salary : Basic salary + Allowance + Incentive + Commission**

**Requirement**
- **Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken and written).**:

- Below 36 years old.
- Experienced in teaching or tutoring Mandarin.
- **Owns a laptop/PC with a stable internet connection.**:

- **Flexible to work morning, afternoon shifts, and weekends.**:

- Strong communication skills with adaptable teaching methods.
- Passionate about supporting student learning and growth.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
