JR20371 TECHNOLOGIST - PIE RDA

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Monitoring the appropriate Statistical Process Control (SPC) parameters and perform lot/tool disposal as per SOP.
- Monitor the operation and maintain recipe for SEM review tools to collect defect images and perform defect classification.
- Perform manual review using SEM to support engineering data collection.
- To perform pre review data analysis to determine need to perform review base on wafer map signature, defect distribution and intensity.
- Assist and Support the Engineering group with testing and experimentation on processes and equipment and collect, document, and analyze data from testing, experiments, or projects.
- Monitor, analyze, and address SPC issues for the assigned process on a daily basis and respond to SPC out of control issues.
- Proactively highlight process data indicating potential yield impacting excursion or trend drift to respective areas PEE teams.
- Required to perform basic RDA tool recovery.
- All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame
- For business process and/or QMS component that one is responsible or accountable for:
a) ensuring the QMS/business process that is effective and conforms to requirements

b) ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs

c) reporting on QMS/business process performance and opportunities for improvement to management

d) ensuring the promotion of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization

e) ensuring the maintenance of the integrity of the QMS/ business process when changes are planned and implemented.

f) ensuring customer requirements are met
