Greet customers, take their orders, educate them about our food and drinks and get their feedback.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee & non-coffee beverages, adhering to company’s quality standards.
- Clean, sanitize and tidy the store, equipment and utensils.
- Count, order and refill inventory.
- Care for the live plants at the cafe.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Communicate with the other crew members effectively and respectfully.
- Support team members in daily operations.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking waffles and cones according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Participate in the brand’s social media content & live sessions.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
