Job Description：

The Protégé Trainee (Operation Operator) is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to learn and develop their skills in the manufacturing and production environment. The trainee will work under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors to gain practical knowledge of operational processes, safety protocols, and equipment handling. This role provides an excellent foundation for a career in operations and aims to foster a strong understanding of production tasks, quality standards, and workplace discipline.

Basic Qualifications:

- At least a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or a related field.
- Welcome to fresh graduates: no experience is required, training is provided.
- Have initiative and enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to be disciplined and work well with others

Key Responsibilities:

- Involve and assist experienced operators in completing production tasks on time, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
- Learn and implement company policies, departmental plans, and procedures during operations, while managing compliance with company and department discipline, work instructions, and procedures.
- Adhere to safety and environmental requirements throughout the production process, maintaining a clear understanding of regulations and knowing when to stop production in case of quality issues.
- Carry out production according to production plan, try to use materials according to plan, reduce material loss and mitigate production cost.
- Participate in organizing and undergoing training to ensure sufficient capability for job responsibilities.
- Collaborate with engineers to collect production/process data, provide timely feedback, and ensure a clear handover of all production information to the next shift.
- Report any abnormal production information to engineers promptly to facilitate quick resolution.
- Work towards achieving shift objectives and contribute to ongoing improvements in production processes.
- Regularly report to the Production Manager on shift performance and any significant issues encountered during operations.
- Ensure all routine work meets the requirements of TS16949 and ISO14001 standards.
