We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **person** to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and supporting smooth warehouse operations in line with the company’s hygiene and cleaning supply standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the relevant department.
- Ensure all goods are properly labeled, stored, and handled.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.
- Prepare and update inventory documentation (GRNs, DOs, stock cards, etc.).
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams for stock movement.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to company SOPs, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional logistics/warehouse training is a plus.
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, inventory software).
- Physically fit and able to lift/move items as required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: RM1,323.76 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
