We welcome interns with relevant diplomas/degrees in business management and marketing, and also graphic design and mass communication to join us. 1. Outbound Telemarketing

Sales & Promotions - Calling potential or existing customers to sell products or services.

Lead Generation - Identifying and qualifying potential customers for sales teams.

Appointment Setting - Scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for sales representatives.

Surveys & Market Research - Collecting customer feedback and conducting surveys.

2. Inbound Telemarketing

Customer Support - Handling inquiries about products, services, and orders.

Technical Assistance - Providing basic troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Order Processing - Assisting customers with purchases and transactions.

Upselling & Cross-selling - Recommending additional or related products to customers.
