JOB VACANCY

POSITION - PURCHASING CLERK

SALARY - RM 2000

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Prepare reports, PO’s, memoranda, RFIQ, DO’s, GRN and any documents related to purchasing.
- Vendors registrations and collects prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
- Establishes and maintains record keeping system for purchasing department.
- Follow up on delivering status.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to handle SAP system would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
