As an Assistant Event Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Working closely with the Event Manager and other team members, you will contribute to the success of our events by providing support in various aspects of event management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception through to completion.
- Coordinate logístical details such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and floor plans.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
- Assist in managing event budgets and financials, including tracking expenses and reconciling invoices.
- Assist with on-site event management, including setup, coordination of staff and volunteers, and troubleshooting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in event management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A passion for events and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients and attendees.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
