We are looking for a creative and energetic **Marketing Trainee (Events)** to support the planning, execution, and promotion of live and digital events for our clients. This role is ideal for someone passionate about experiential marketing, brand activations, and customer engagement. You will assist in coordinating events, managing promotions, and analyzing campaign success while gaining hands-on experience in event marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning & Coordination**
- Assist in organizing **brand activations, trade shows, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns**.
- Help with venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site event setup.
- Prepare event materials (banners, signage, promotional merchandise).

**2. On-Site Event Execution**
- Represent clients at events, engaging attendees and driving brand awareness.
- Assist with registration, crowd management, and post-event feedback collection.
- Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

**3. Reporting & Analysis**
- Track event attendance, lead generation, and customer engagement metrics.
- Help prepare post-event reports with insights for improvement.
- Conduct competitor research on industry event trends.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in **Marketing, Events Management, Business, or Communications**.
- **Experience**: Internship or volunteer experience in events/marketing is a plus but not required.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational & multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking & problem-solving.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (some weekends/evenings for events).
- **Personality**: Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable interacting with the public.
