**QA Engineering | Basic 4K - 5.5K | Machap, Johor** - **Industry: Building Materials (roof tiles)**: - **Benefits: 13-months salary, performance bonus, 16% EPF, coverage for hospitalization, surgical & PA** **Job scope**: - To assist in maintenance of QMS according to Group QMS or ISO 9001:2015, Product Certification License, and product quality improvement. - Ensure that a high standard and procedures of Health & Safety is achieved and maintained, & continuously promote “See it, Own it" culture. - To prepare and control revised documents and ensure all documents updating are done correctly and promptly - To assist in preparing annual quality management review, minute writing, and distribution of the minutes - To perform Internal Quality Audit and follow up on the Audit Report / Corrective Action Request status - To assist in follow up actions with external parties such as SIRIM, external lab, etc. - To assist in follow up of product of Non-conformance Report (NCR) and issues raised by external Auditors during external audits - To support Commercial and Plant in handling of customer complaints to make sure all complaint cases are closed within agreed timeline - To collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to resolve quality issues related to incoming raw materials / traded goods (if applicable) - To perform process data collection for the periodic performance reports and perform analysis on the data - To assist Plants & Process in product development, evaluation, trial & qualification - To assist Purchasing in raw materials evaluation, trials, & qualification - Any other administration jobs assigned by the superior from time to time **Requirements**: - Minimum 5 years QA/QC working experience (Diploma) or 3 years (Degree) in material engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or equivalent engineering. - Knowledge in QMS ISO9001 and statistic skill will be added advantages - Qualified ISO9001 internal quality auditor from recognised certification body - General computer knowledge, minimum Microsoft Office knowledge / G suite Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Application Question(s): - Can you work at Machap Johor.
