**Position: Hub/ Depot Supervisor**

**Location: Puchong Intan 2**

**Basic Salary: Up to RM3500**

**Allowance: RM500**

**Incentive: If required to back up any drivers for delivery**

Job Overview:
As a Supervisor, you are responsible is mainly in overseeing the branch staff to ensure smooth operations, monitor attendance and claims, provide quality training, manage workforce scheduling and routing while prioritizing premium items with FEFO & FICO methods., handle disciplinary issues, conduct feedback sessions, prioritize sorting, manage inquiries, and report on shipments.

JD:

- Oversee the branch staffs to ensure smooth operations as per the SLA set by the organization.
- Monitor staff’s daily attendance, claims, overtime, and petrol claims.
- Monitor the delivery and pick-up status of goods and oversee the AWM arrangements while ensuring to prioritize the premium and fresh box items using the FEFO & FIFO method.
- Ensure the discrepancy report is up to date and well maintained in the internal system, JOGET.
- Provide sufficient and quality training to the riders and drivers to ensure smooth delivery process.
- Involved in the workforce management by planning the daily pickup arrangements for the premium, fresh box express, value pack, palette, bulky item, and high value shipments by allocating the work schedule and routing for the staffs as well as job rotation as and when is needed.
- Manage the staffs disciplinary related issues and report to the HR team if action is required.
- Conduct real-time feedback and staff performance review to identify problem areas and coordinate on cross training needs.
- Share any new projects or company initiatives with team members.
- Categorize the sorting and pickup activities and ensure to prioritize the arrangements into feeder based on the categories such as bagging (items below 5 kg), pallet arrangement and cage.
- Monitor and ensure the feeder incoming and exit process in smooth and complete using the QR attendance.
- Respond to incoming calls, ding talk request as well as those enquiries through WhatsApp.
- Track and trace the shipment and manage all problematic parcel which includes but not limited to those misrouted, short pieces and damaged items.
- Handle walk-in customers and manage the pickup of DO and CO while also managing the DO return as well.
- Oversee and manage the daily delivery report in a timely manner.
- Handle the ticketing, customer tracking, daily pick up report in the absence of Customer Service.
- Handle all problem shipment AWB LESS, cancellation of waybill, customer tracking, group sender tracking and the discrepancy report.
- Responsible in safeguarding the company’s assets and belongings at all time.
- Adhere to all policies and guidelines outlined by the organization at all time.
- Prepare and update reports for meeting purposes.
- Other related task as and when is required by the operations.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling logistics operational matters preferably in a supervisory role.
- Able to speak in Mandarin to handle stakeholders from China.
- Must be computer literate with good proficiency in Ms. Excel for reporting purposes.
