JOB VACANCY

POSITION - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

LOCATION - PUCHONG

SALARY - RM 15000-16000

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Set and execute a clear growth strategy to reach the RM20

million annual revenue target, establishing both short
- and long-term objectives for

profitability and market expansion.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all operations, including sales, purchasing, and

warehousing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 7 staff,

including 2 sales coordinators, 2 purchase executives, 2 sales executives, and 1

warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous

improvement.
- Market Expansion and Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying

new market opportunities, with a particular focus on expanding our presence within

the HORECA sector.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish and monitor KPIs across

departments, tracking revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer

satisfaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with shared finance,

accounting, and HR services to align resources, ensure financial health, and

optimize operations. Requirements:

- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in the

seafood industry or a related field, with a strong network and familiarity in HORECA.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving growth,

and achieving revenue targets.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement growth strategies that

enhance market presence and profitability.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of the supply chain, purchasing, and

inventory management in seafood trading.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

for effective internal leadership and client relationship management.
