**IT Technician**

**Requirements**:
1. Male only, age 23 to 30.

2. Diploma in Information Technology or any IT-related field.

3. Must have 2 - 3 years of working experience in IT-related industry.

4. Well-versed with Microsoft and Macintosh OS.

5. Good working knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and software, and computer networking fundamentals will be an added advantage.

6. Preference will be given to those having working experience and knowledge in AV systems, LED digital signage, surveillance system, AV control system and etc.

7. Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

8. In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

9. Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

10. Ability to conduct presentation, demonstration, and training for AV/IT related products would be an added advantage.

11. Willing to travel outstation when required.

12. Must possess class B2 & D driving license and own car or motorcycle for transportation. GDL driving license will be an added advantage.

**Responsibility**

1. Install and configure appropriate software and function accordingly to the specification for AV/IT system.

3. Perform, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems.

4. Able to provide support through remote access for AV/IT systems.

5. To assist, develop and maintain a local network in ways that optimize performance.

6. To check computer hardware and operating software to ensure functionality.

7. To undertake a detailed evaluation on new AV/IT products and their functionalities and suitability for use in the local market.

8. To prepare a simple technical manual for products and services.

9. Provide orientation and guidance to customers on how to operate new software and AV/IT equipment.
