**Job Overview**:
**Job vacancy: Internship**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. In-Store Customer Service & Sales**:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Provide personalized styling advice based on customer needs and preferences.
- Ensure a well-organized and visually appealing boutique environment.
- Handle product inquiries, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
- Manage POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
**2. Inventory & Merchandising**:
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves.
- Organize and maintain boutique displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to execute seasonal product launches and promotions.
**3. Online Marketing & E-commerce**:
- Assist in managing the boutique’s online store, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote products and engage with the online community.
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media, including photos, videos, and live sessions, to boost brand visibility and drive online sales.
- Track online marketing efforts and analyze metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, web traffic) to measure success and improve future campaigns.
**4. Client Relationship & Retention**:
- Maintain a customer database and help implement loyalty programs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly across both physical and online channels.
- Support online orders, including order fulfillment, packaging, and coordinating shipments.
**5. Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work with the marketing team to develop online promotional strategies that align with in-store events and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth transitions between online sales and in-store stock.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or boutique sales (fashion industry experience preferred).
- Knowledge of fashion trends, with a passion for styling and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and online marketing tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
