**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and manage social media content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content (visuals, reels, carousels, short videos, captions) that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and manage daily social media activity including comments, DMs, and community engagement.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment, real estate, events) to support campaigns, launches, and announcements.
- Support paid advertising efforts (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display, etc.) with performance tracking and reporting.
- Stay updated on digital trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to recommend creative strategies.
- Liaise with external creative agencies, vendors, and influencers where necessary.

**Job** **Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media, preferably in corporate, real estate, or financial sectors.
- Proficient in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, etc.) and social media platforms.
- Strong writing, copy-editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for visual design.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Highly organized, creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple timelines.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
