Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming patients and visitors to the dental practice.
- Assist Doctor during treatment
- Assist with chairside duties during dental procedures, ensuring patients are comfortable and procedures run smoothly.
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with dental team members to coordinate patient care and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and ordering supplies to support the smooth operation of the practice.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement in job performance.
- Training provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
