Security Supervisor

a. Convey clearly the instructions, rules and regulations from the Management to the Outsourced Security Company’s Team and shopping mall’s Carpark Team and ensure that Security and Carpark Teams obey and follow the instructions, rules and regulations at all times.

b. Responsible to oversee the work of Outsourced Security Company’s Team and employees i.e. Uninformed Unarmed Guards (UAG) (Nepalese nationality), UAG Supervisor (Nepalese nationality) and Manager in charge (Malaysian nationality).

c. Responsible to oversee the shopping mall’s Carpark Team and subordinates i.e. senior car park assistants and car park assistants.

d. Perform daily inspection to ensure the full attendance of both Outsourced Security Team and shopping mall’s Carpark Team.

e. Report daily safety reports to the Management on every morning of each day.

f. Give basic training on all needed aspects and provide necessary information to all staffs of shopping mall’s Carpark Team during switching of shifts.

g. Conduct all necessary checking and investigation and pepare timely and immediate report to the Management in written form as and when any incidents occurred.

h. Conduct regular and comprehensive inspections on Tenants’ premises and promotional spaces to ensure that Tenants follow all rules and regulations of the shopping mall at all times.

i. Ensure that all walkie-talkies, keys, motorcycles, other equipments and assets of the shopping mall are always maintained and kept in good conditions at all times.

j. Maintain a tidy, clean and safe CCTV and Fire Control Room and Carpark Management Office by complying with all necessary procedures, rules and regulations at all times. Ensure that the CCTV and Fire Control Room and Carpark Management Office can only be accessed by Authorised Personnels of the shopping mall.

k. Perform regular checkings on all the record books including Key Record Book, Contractor Record Book, Hourly Report Book and other record books to ensure that all information has been recorded correctly.

l. Perform regular and timely inspections to prevent any issues of drug abuse and loiterings in the shopping mall.

m. Maintain good relationships with the Outsourced Security Company’s Team, shopping mall’s Carpark Team, Tenants and customers.

n. Ensure all correspondence and documentations being properly maintained and updated.

o. If you found negligence and irresponsibility on the case should have been resolved in the near future, your salary will be deducted up to RM100 for each different case. If the same case cannot be solved, your salary will be deducted to RM200. This is to make sure your job fair and equitable.

p. Execute all other duties relating to the Management of the Mall as directed by the Company.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
