**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate maintenance technicians’ workers on overall work arrangement based on iwcf (workers complain form)
- Installs, inspects, repairs and maintains the electrical, plumbing, mechanical, facilities and other hostel related issues.
- Monitor iWCF as per job order for workers’ hostel, staff hostel & Office maintenance within in given time frame and update closed iWCF to superior on daily basis.
- Follow up with contractor on any breakdowns or repairing works.
- Treat “Emergency Case” as top priority and need to be attended within 12 hours. Exp: - TNB & PBA Issue
- Participate in worker’s hostel and inventory movement.
- Submit daily report & OT claim (if any)
- Plan work weekly basis for subordinate without any breakdown.
- Arrange technician to standby on weekends and public holidays.
- Purchase hardware supplies from shop and keep track on stock card (if any).
- In charge on hostel movement (check in / check out). Joint inspection with workforce.
- Record utility meter readings for billing for all tenant every beginning of month.
- Inventory and stock card management.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedule for building, plumbing, water pump, water tank and etc.
- Update and follow up on fire extinguisher expiry. Collect and arrange to renewal
- Perform facility inspection check list, pantry check list, water dispenser check list and update accordingly.
- Perform rounds and reading to check on any abnormalities
- Other task given by superior from time to time

Requirement:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possession of a current and valid motor vehicle license.
