As a Graphic Designer Executive in the Corporate Communications Department, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand identity and business objectives. This role involves working across various media platforms, collaborating with teams, and delivering high-quality graphic content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other corporate materials.

**What you will do**:

- Work on a diverse range of projects and media, utilizing graphic design software to create innovative visuals that meet business and branding goals.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure designs align with organizational standards and accurately represent the company or its clients.
- Identify and address flaws in existing design processes, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and update internal databases for designs, photography, and videos to ensure easy accessibility.
- Design graphics for social media, product packaging, websites, and advertisements, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop cohesive visual concepts.
- Utilize design tools such as **Adobe Photoshop**, **InDesign**, and **Adobe Creative Suite** to produce high-quality visuals.
- Brainstorm and execute creative ideas that resonate with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Adapt visuals for various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia projects.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Research industry trends and incorporate modern, innovative styles into design projects.
- Develop and produce designs for social media campaigns, events materials, corporate gifts, brochures, product designs, and stickers.
- Create and edit videos to support corporate, product, and campaign initiatives.

**What you may need**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or related roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
- Experience in video editing and multimedia production is an advantage.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
