You will be an independent entrepreneur responsible for promoting and sharing diverse range of products. You will build and manage your own business, interacting directly with customers and providing them with personalised product recommendations. **Responsibilities**:
**Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the product line to effectively promote and sell products to customers.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.

**Sales and Marketing**: Implement sales and marketing strategies to reach potential customers and expand your customer base. Utilize both online and offline channels to promote Amway products.

**Business Development**: Actively recruit and mentor new team members to expand your business network. Provide training and support to help them succeed in their roles.

**Goal Achievement**: Set and achieve sales targets and business goals. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Sales Experience**: Proven experience in sales or direct selling is an asset.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: RM1,150.37 - RM5,578.60 per month
