**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales administration support, any task related to sales documents and reports.

2. Efficient in managing record and database.

3. Ability to organize daily workload by priorities, identify improvement and execution.

4. Understand with experience Vehicle Registration requirement.

5. Responsible for issuing all documentations related to Vehicle Registration matters.

6. Responsible for daily operation in Sales Department.

7. Closing of files and ensure all documents are in order.

8. Coordinate and assist the Sales Team in achieving the outlet’s monthly sales target.

9. Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

**Requirements**:
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.

4. At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

7. Able to work under pressure and independently, plan, coordinate, execute and propose effective daily task with all departments.

8. Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.

9. Sufficient analytical skill to resolve problems.
