1. Answer customers' sales inquiries on all platforms and provide appropriate recommendations. 2. Process sales orders and direct them to the specific department for fulfilments. 3. Resolve customer complaints and disputes within the shortest time possible. 4. Build relationships with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience. 5. Regular promotions and postings to engage customers to make orders. 6. To assist or involve in the preparation of commercial documentation such as sales orders, invoices, credit notes & etc. 7.
