Supervisor Linen and Laundry

**Position: Supervisor**

**Department: Linen and Laundry Services**

**Region: Hospital Kluang, Johor**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Collaboration : Work with the Facility Manager and Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS to monitor and evaluate LLS contractors to ensure service delivery meets contract requirements.

2. Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor deductions for LLS and implement improvements as set by the company.

3. Support to Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS:

- Prepare the Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) for LLS.
- Oversee daily LLS activities, including porter service and manpower arrangements.
- Arrange manpower schedules and visit all units to meet with relevant personnel.
- Guide and coach operators to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain clean and soiled linen storage.
- Address user complaints and update the system accordingly.
- Compile and verify rejected linen reports and provide periodic management performance analysis, including improvement proposals for LLS.
- Plan and train vendor staff to meet departmental and company objectives.

4. Compliance: Adhere to government laws, IMS standards, Quality Assurance programs, and company policies.

5. Decision-Making: Ensure actions and decisions align with the company's mission and core values.

6. Other Duties: Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the company.

Reporting : You will report directly to the Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS or designated management personnel. Responsibilities may change as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
