JOB SCOPE
- Prepare design process, layout plans, 3D technical drawing and material proposal and project costing
- Good sense of design and detailing
- Good with 3D SketchUp & Adobe Illustrator
- Assist the whole team project managing
- Prepare and document all the files related to project in a very well organized manner
- Responsible to attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting and site visit
- Organize and understand deadlines and priorities tasks and deal with workloads variations

- Good Idea provide & manage the Website & e-market

REQUIREMENT
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- To provide professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal and colour scheme to clients
- Able to handle full consultancy work from conceptual presentation to project completion

Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork, e.g. layout plans, detailed drawings,3D drawing, drawing for advertising and as-built drawing
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Time Management, Interpersonal Communication, Space Planning, Interior Design, Negotiation
