Assist in the coordination of project-related events, meetings and presentations. - Arrange travel plans for General Manager and Managing Director, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies. Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing calendars and others related requirement. - General administration of office. - Ready to assist on any required task including product, business and admin related. - Assist special project from time to time. **Job Requirements**: - SPM or Diploma or experience in Admin / General related to administration, hospitality - Good organizational skills & deadline management. - Attention to details. - Resourceful & proactive - Good verbal and written in English. - Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Microsoft words and excel. - Have a love to serve and enjoy making people happy. - Able to understand Company’s vision and contribute towards it. - Have a positive personality. **Job Type**: Permanent **Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend jobs Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus
