**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process inspections at defined checkpoints during the assembly process.
- Ensure that assembly operations comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
- Identify non-conformities, defects, or process deviations early in production.
- Work with production teams to perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and process control logs.
- Ensure traceability of materials and parts used during assembly.
- Verify that machines, tools, and gauges used in assembly are calibrated and in good working condition.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and setup approval before mass production.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality standards (Example: ISO 9001)
- Basic understanding of quality inspection process.
- Knowledge in handling equipment tools.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
