**About the role**
PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Storekeeper** to join our team in **Ulu Tiram**, Johor. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate and timely storage, retrieval and distribution of a wide range of goods.

**What you'll be doing**
- Receive products from supplier; issue IRF for products requiring inspection, and check product appearance & quantity after received.
- Manage centralized distribution — incoming, weighing, storage, and outgoing to branches.
- Update the Warranty Stock Movement / FIFO Control for Health Care Equipment and monitor Health Care Equipment that requires repair.
- Warehouse management - Maintain stock card system for all products, issue products by FIFO control system, housekeeping, and organize product arrangement and monitoring.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts (for BV items).
- Perform Monthly & Yearly Stock Take and material variance analysis reports.
- Handle normal distribution, ad hoc (express) shipment and online purchases.
- Check on the receiving quantity at branch and intercompany being updated on time accurately on the online system versus delivery order to prevent stock discrepancy.
- Monitor product damage exchange goods.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum SPM level or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of related working experience in warehouse/inventory.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Adaptive and receptive to change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly effective, dynamic, result-oriented, and proactive
- Responsible, committed, and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
