Telamarketing Office

**Job description**

This full-time Telemarketing Officer role is based in Plaza 33, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will be part of the Sales - Outbound team at Agensi Pekerjaan Brandt Global Search Sdn Bhd, responsible for identifying and engaging new customers through effective telemarketing strategies.

**What you'll be doing**
- Actively make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective outreach campaigns
- Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and sales closing techniques
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proactive, resilient and passionate about delivering a great customer experience

**Package & Benefits**:

- Basic Salary: RM2,200
- Attendance Allowance: RM200
- Commission: RM500 - RM5,000++ **(Unlimited)**
