Restaurant Crew

Able to work on all workstations as required including preparing all products to the correct standards.
- Make sure all surfaces, equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized before, during and after use.
- Carry out cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
- Comply with all legal and company standards with regard to Health and Safety, fire safety, security and hygiene.
- Report all hazards and/or concerns immediately to the manager on duty.
- Serve all customers efficiently and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is hot, served quickly and neatly presented.
- Provide all customers with accurate orders, including condiments as required for their meal.
- Keep the Dining Area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly.
- Answer customer queries promptly, or direct customer complaints to the manager.
- Recognize and act on individual customer needs e.g. parents with children, elderly and disabled customers.
- Any other task assigned by your superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with minimum SPM or ‘O” Levels education qualification.
- Ability to deliver accurate, friendly, and fast customer service.
- Ability to adhere to performance standards of the restaurant for the crew station according to directions of the manager on duty.
- Ability to maintain kitchen and operational area cleanliness to ensure provision of constant convenience and comfort for the customers.
- Ability to work as member of the team.
- Ability to follow directions and instructions regarding new procedures and products.
- Ability to follow laid down standards for raw and finished products to ensure consistent quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
- High sense of urgency and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and team player.
- Able to work during weekend and public holiday.

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
