**Job Summary**:
The Production Clerk - Warehouse is responsible for maintaining accurate records of production activities, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations through efficient documentation and communication. This role requires strong organizational skills and computer literacy to ensure smooth workflow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Production and Inventory Documentation**:
- Record and update daily production logs with accuracy.
- Maintain records of finished goods, and inventory transactions.
- Prepare and distribute production and inventory reports as required.
- **Data Entry and System Management**:
- Input and update information in the warehouse management system.
- Generate delivery orders, invoices, and other production-related documents.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of digital and physical records.
- **Coordination of Shipments and Deliveries**:
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery statuses.
- **Stock and Material Management**:
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Assist warehouse staff in organizing, labelling, and tracking items.
- **General Administrative Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and material requisitions.
- Respond to inquiries regarding production, inventory, and shipment details.
- Provide support during audits and inspections.
- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to production and warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in the warehouse.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum SPM or equivalent. A diploma in administration, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with warehouse management systems (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- **Other Preferences**:
- Must be computer literate with a good understanding of data entry and reporting tools.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
