**Position : Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaking)**

**Property : deKing Boutique Hotel KLCC**

**Reporting : Financial Controller / Chief Financial Officer**

**Roles & Responsibility**
- To manage the full accounting process of the Company
- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including effective management of receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial regulations relevant to the hotel industry.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy of financial records, and prevent fraud.
- To conduct regular audits and reviews
- To oversee, guide, mentor, and support the development of team members, ensuring their growth

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance
- 5 years of experience preferably in hospitality industry
- Able to interpret financial data and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and hotel system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
