- Drive concept development to speed up the iterations in the cycle of feasibility, desirability and viability.
- Lead PIF (TTM) projects with contribution of total net sales more than €20mil of business contribution
- Responsible to define Project Charter together with sponsor
- Responsible to work with stakeholders and development team to drive the development of engineering concept which fulfil the feasibility, desirability and viability
- Responsible for establishment and fulfillment of Project Management Plan and repot project status to stake holder regularly
- Escalation to BO&EO or even BE board with proposals if alignment on initial engineering concept not achieved on time
- Make decisions within approved Project Management Plan (e.g. spending for approved resources)
- Prioritize work packages for project team members and lead the team members to reach the targets
- Plan project budget in detail and (Machine & Equipment) MAE planning of the project (if required). Control project budget to ensure budget control within agreed allocation.
- Manage overall EXF project budget
- Lead project team to frequent (e.g. quarterly) review of project status with Review Committee.
- Leading project team to escalate decision needs beyond Project Management Plan to the Review Committee. (Project team to present proposal for review committee decision making)
- Lead person for location contact on new PIF process implementation, new process roll out (including training) & coach project teams comply with mandatory step
- Mentor for TTM processes
- Participate in nomination, performance evaluation and further qualification of all project team members.
- Enable high performance culture in the project team via team reflection and feedbacks
- Contribute in conducting departmental On-Job-Training (OJT).
- Support and take over special tasks on section and department level as assigned by the superior

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master Degree or PhD in Engineering or equivalent. Preferable with PMI certification.
- At least 8 years of professional experience and familiar with Project Management methods.
- Leadership experience, people management experience is preferred, e.g. as Team Leader or Project Manager.
- Proven content-driven engineer who applies engineering principles will added advantage.
- Experience in Product Development Process and the general industrial tools/processes used.
- Significant experience in product design exposure will added advantage.
- Team player with good communication skills and experience working in international project teams using English.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and collaborating with people from different cultures and organizational functions
- Understanding cause-effect relationships of technical details
- Mentor and Coach to improve project team performance
- Highly independent working and Result orientation
- Outstanding skills and abilities in field of competence will be added advantage.
