**Requirements**:

- At least **2 years of experience** in a **customer service role** OR experience in **coaching, training, or educating** in a sales environment.

**Responsibilities**

As a **Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant**, you will be working with our **Global Internet Leader Account** to deliver #happier customer experiences. Devise and run **marketing campaigns** for products, services, or events that **target consumers or businesses**. Usually working under a head of **marketing but managing a marketing team**, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.

You are also required to perform these **job functions**:

- **Manage and optimize existing Adwords (PPC) campaign** components, including but not limited to **Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.**:

- **Track, analyze, and implement PPC strategies** including **keyword research and analysis**.
- **Create performance reports** with **recommendations** for improvements.
- **Track funds in accounts** and maintain **conversions**.
- **Keep updated on new technologies** and automation capabilities that **enhance SEM efforts**.
- Any other **duties and responsibilities** that may be **assigned** as per business needs, within the **category of employment** in the organization and **for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System** at TDCX.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
