**About Our Client**:
Our client is a trusted leader in talent acquisition, delivering exceptional recruitment solutions that empower organizations to build diverse and thriving teams for a successful future. Their areas of expertise include Crypto and Fintech, Banking and Financial Services, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Administration and Operations, as well as Art and Design.

**Job Scope**:

- Responsible for sending messages daily on LinkedIn for sourcing and business development purposes (no direct communication required; focus on scheduling calls with our consultants).
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating records in the database, maintaining Excel sheets, and other related duties.

2. Client Acquisition:

- Acquire new clients via cold and warm calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other networking methods, focusing on the Dubai and Hong Kong markets.

3. Lead Generation:

- Conduct thorough research to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities in Dubai and Hong Kong.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the Dubai and Hong Kong markets is a plus.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other recruitment platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
