Dedicated to inspiring healthy living and serving up healthy alternatives, we are a committed, vibrant, and dynamic company dedicated to people, both those who buy our products and those that make them. We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of Southeast Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options. We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, driven, and motivated **Team Member** to serve quality food beverage to our customers across the region. - **Responsibilities**: - To maintain a commitment to serving quality food, beverages, and products as well as providing an excellent customer experience to all customers - To ensure that operations are in line with the company vision and values & follow the strategic direction that is set out by the Management Team. - Communicate and report effectively, efficiently & constructively with Store Crews, Team Leader, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Area Manager, and staff from the Support Centre - Identify & implement continuous store improvements - Responsible for logistics of stocks (between storeroom and outlet) - **Requirements**: - Ideally at least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, or any related fields. - Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered exceptional in all other areas. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and excellent written & spoken English - Able to converse & understand written English & Bahasa Melayu. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. - Possess good personal hygiene. - Eager and willing to learn about kitchen operations and food-handling skills. - Willingness to work flexible hours - Drive sales - Training will be provided - Possess own transport - Responsible, honest, energetic, punctual to work and co-operation - Applicants should be Malaysian citizens - **Job Type**: Full Time/Part-time - **Salary**: RM8.72 per hour (PT) - **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development - **Schedule**: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Rotational shift **Education**: - STM/STPM (preferred) **Experience**: - Food & Beverage: 1 year (preferred) - **Language**: - English (preferred) - Malay (preferred) - **Shift availability**: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred - **Benefits**: Meal allowance Staff Discount **Schedule**: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Rotational shift - Weekend jobs Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Public Holiday Pay Application Question(s): - Must be Local Malaysian Citizen **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: From RM8.72 per hour **Benefits**: - Meal allowance Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Early shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Rotational shift - Weekend jobs Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay Work Location: In person
