M&e Technician

**Overall Accountability**:

- Responsible for ensuring site M&E equipment is operated in the required and safe manner.
- Perform checking and respond to feedback to address equipment faults or notify to superior accordingly for further actions on M&E requiring external party repair.
- Conduct daily and regular inspection and monitoring of M&E equipment including pumps, lightings, and any M&E equipment set-ups, are operating at desired conditions and functions.
- To highlight any concerns on abnormality including proposing suggestions to address and improve all M&E equipment performance.

**Overall Responsibilities**:
1.1 To switch on/off for lifts and escalators on daily basis

1.2 To perform electrical troubleshooting, and bulb replacement on daily basis.

1.3 To perform daily checking on incoming water reading to ensure ‘all’ water tank levels are at sufficient capacity, while ensuring water tank cleanliness for supply of good water quality and upkeep on optimal condition of the surrounding. To also check and ensure ejector pumps, Chiller load and pressure, Chilled Water & Condenser Water Pumps are all in good operational condition at every shift daily.

1.4 To perform daily checking on perimeter lighting, lamp post lighting of the mall, façade & pillar boom lighting, pylon lighting, building signage, sky signage, and address / reset / replace fused bulbs as soon as practically possible.

1.5 To attend to tenants/ occupants and associate department complaints for any electrical issues.

1.6 To execute work orders and to complete within the stipulated time frame

1.7 To attend to all telco service provider contractors to access into risers and monitor their work.

1.8 To attend to the outsource contractors/ tenant contractors to access into riser for surveys and electrical items installations.

1.9 To attend to TNB personnel to enter into the electrical riser for tenants' meter reading.

1.10 To close Servedecks within 5 days from date of assigning the work orders

1.11 To execute other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

1.12 To ensure below tasks & items are performed and followed up:

- Compulsory to attend daily maintenance briefing.
- To update previous day's task given to the superior daily.
- To highlight current-day task in the briefing.
- To notify store stock level if below replenish level to superior.
- Provide technical assistance to superior on an incident via sending relevant photos, investigation materials and perform trouble-shooting for the incident reported until closure;
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of property that include repair and touch-up, and, report to the superior of any damage, or faulty equipment found during servicing activity;
- Assist superior in justification on work needs for Purchase Order issuance and to provide the relevant technical support needed;
- Ensure compliance to M&E department S.O.P. at all times;
- Perform the role of Emergency Response Team (ERT) member as M&E department’s technical representative in the event of emergency;
- Ensure good upkeep of all M&E equipment, tools, inventory, etc. so they are always in good working condition for use all the time;
- Attend promptly to all urgent repair works as instructed by superior for good sense of urgency of M&E staff response ;

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
