Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Promote banking products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) or SPM with 2 years of call center/customer service experience (credit in Maths & English).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Willing to work rotational shifts (8 AM - 11 PM).

- Rm 2600 - Rm 3000/ month ( includes shift allowance Rm 260)
