**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving Duties**:

- Provide safe and timely driving services for senior management, ensuring punctual arrival to meetings, appointments, and personal errands.
- Safely transport family members, business associates, or guests as required.
- Stay updated on road conditions, traffic laws, and alternate routes to ensure efficient travel.

**Despatch Duties**:

- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items to/from clients, partners, and vendors within the designated timeframe.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive or confidential documents during delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring items are delivered to the correct person or destination.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.
- Conduct routine checks (e.g., fuel, oil, tire pressure, and safety features) and report any issues or necessary repairs immediately.
- Keep the vehicle stocked with necessary supplies, such as spare tires, emergency kits, and other essential tools.

**Administrative and Logistical Support**:

- Assist in other administrative tasks as required, such as running office errands, purchasing office supplies, or handling minor office maintenance.
- Coordinate with the office and management to plan routes for deliveries and driving schedules.

**Confidentiality and Professionalism**:

- Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to personal and business-related activities.
- Exhibit professionalism, politeness, and a positive attitude when interacting with management, clients, and co-workers.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Be available outside regular working hours if necessary, depending on the business or personal needs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management or office, including administrative or clerical work related to despatch duties.

Pay: RM1,325.98 - RM3,321.04 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Driver: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:
