Carpark Supervisor

Responsibility:
1. Monitor daily car park operation / activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements and operate the car park system equipment. Responsible to manage the overall car park operations.

2. Ensure all car park equipment and parking area run smoothly.

3. Check from time to time parking area to ensure smooth entry and exit of vehicles.

4. Help security to control the traffic to avoid any congestion in the parking area if necessary.

5. Carry out daily check on condition of car park system equipment (barriers, intercoms cashless machines, handheld, etc.). Ensure the car park system equipment is in good condition and functioning.

6. Report to supervisor on any malfunction of car park system(LPR And Tickets)

7. Respond and check immediately to any report on damage to car park equipment, unauthorized access, incident and irregular matters.

8. Record in log book on any accident / incident, manual collection, penalty payment, etc.

9. Ensure a safe, hazard free, tidy clean and organized parking environment.

10. Additional duties related to car park operation shall be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Honest with pleasant personality

Based at : StarCentral Cyberjaya

Working hour:
Monday -Friday:
Shift A- 8am-5.00pm /Shift B-11am
- 8pm (Monday to Friday)
Saturday:8am-1.00pm SHIFT A/ SHIFT B- 1.00pm 6pm
Rest day : Sunday

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
