Responsible for assisting QA Manager in the effective implementation of the company total quality and environmental policy and programs, especially in the area of quality, environmental and laboratory management system toward achieving IMS objective and IMS improvements for the company requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. To ensure that document control for the company’s quality management system (QMS), based on ISO 9001; environmental management system (EMS), based on ISO 14001 and laboratory management system (SAMM), based on ISO 17025 is well prepared, approved, traceable, maintain and up to date.

2. To assist IMS Coordinator and Chief Auditor to prepare, follow up and monitor audit document.

3. To coordinate and assist in performing internal failure analysis of NCR and 8D-CAR been issued and ensure proper countermeasures are taken when necessary.

4. To follow up and verify the effectiveness of the corrective action which been stated in NCR and 8D-CAR.

5. To ensure all customer return part parts has been properly verify

6. To share quality feedback from internal & external customer during morning assembly

7. To bring up to date the non-conformity to the MRB on decision making.

8. To daily feedback and discuss with production and marketing on specific quality issue.

9. To supervise, coach and monitor all activities and duties of subordinates.

10. To ensure inspection report is prepare accurately and timely feedback

11. To support and assist in performing failure analysis

12. To participate and involve in internal, vendor, customer and certification body audit and visit.

13. To ensure 5S and Safety are implemented accurately and timely feedback in work place

14. To participate as member of internal auditor for IMS and document controller.

15. To conduct training for quality improvement for all the workers.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1. Degree holder in any engineering or science field

2. Min one year working experience in packaging field is preferred

3. Product Knowledge

4. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 17025.

5. Able to express idea clearly both in written and oral communication in B. Malaysia and English.

6. Ability to work independently

7. Ability to facilitate meeting

8. Able to use problem solving tools

9. Able for escalation for laboratory issue

10. Good inter personnel and supervising skills

**Salary = RM2200 +/- depending on experience and qualifications**

**Location = Bayan Lepas, Penang**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
