**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting US & Canada market
- Speaking only (No typing or reading)
- Support Medium : Video and Audio(standard uniform provided)

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM and above accepted
- Excellent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Mandarin/Cantonese Proficiency : 3 - 5
- English Proficiency : B2 - C1
- Fresh graduates are accepted, no previous experience necessary. Previous working experience may be advantageous.

**Salary Package**:

- Salary : RM4700 - RM5700
- Additional Allowances

**Job Type**:

- 100% WFH (training included)
- Permanent Position

**Working Hour**:

- Monday - Sunday
- 5 days work, 2 days off (rotational)
- 24/7 rotational shift (primarily in the night shift as highest traffic between 10pm - 7am)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,700.00 - RM5,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Cantonese (preferred)
- English (preferred)
